40" Circus Box Kite with line included (50#) for winds 7-20 mph

35.00

A traditional box kite can best be launched using the “High Launch” technique where someone holds the kite gently upright about 25 to 50 feet downwind. When the flier is ready, they pull the kite string quickly causing the kite to fly steeply up. When it gets as high as it seems to want to go, give it a downward tug. Allow the kite to glide backward toward the ground, letting out string as it goes. Just when it gets close to the ground pull the string again quickly hand over hand if need be until it reaches a new higher height. (This can be done without an assistant as well by tossing the kite backward and letting it glide backward before pulling it quickly to the top.)
